Process includes 1:1 on-line coaching between the coach and client in a safe environment, where all conversation will be held and kept confidential
Coach and client interaction will happen via zoom for a 50 min period.
Coach will be available for any client support related to the services , any time via e-mail during the period of coaching
The client is accountable to complete any home work given from time to time
The coach will provide with videos to be watched, pod cast to be listened to
There will be exercises and call to action involved during the session
The coach will also be your accountability partner
In case of any exigencies where the client is unable to attend the session, coach should be informed 24 hours in advance via phone or e-mail
Coach expects an open communication from the client for coaching to be effective
Client is expected to have 100% commitment towards self-transformation to receive full value for money
